You UNDERSTAND THAT THROUGH SUBMITTING A BOOKING ENQUIRY, OR CONTACTING US TO MAKE A BOOKING, THAT you AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS...

  1. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation by email or phone call from The Feline Retreat.
  2. Please ensure we have an Emergency Contact incase of an emergency to act on your behalf if we can't get hold of you.
  3. You are required to provide a current vaccination record to be kept on-hand with your pet during their stay. That vaccination record will confirm your cat is vaccinated against Feline panleukopenia virus (FPV), Feline herpesvirus (FHV), and Feline calicivirus (FCV).
  4. You agree that your cat will be fully up-to-date with all flea and worm treatments, and those treatments will last the duration of the entire holiday.  Any cat found to need treatment for parasites or fleas will be treated and you will be charged accordingly.
  5. You understand that we will take great care of your cat, and any illness or injury arising during their stay will be promptly dealt with by a qualified vet (if required), and you will be charged accordingly.  We will not be held responsible for illness or injury, death or loss for any reason whatsoever, during their stay with us.  Please note our facilities are second-to-none, well-contained and very safe.
  6. You confirm that your cat is spayed or neutered, if aged over 6 months.
  7. You confirm you have informed us of all your cats requirements, quirks, tendencies, and nuances.
  8. You agree to pay for the entire stay, even if you arrive home early. No refunds will be given, and no partial payments are accepted.
  9. All felines left in our care for more than 7 days beyond their intended departure date will be suitably re-homed, following extensive and exhaustive efforts to contact you or your family.
  10. Please respect that we do have set hours as we are a family.  We can only take your pets outside of hours by prior arrangement.
  11. You understand that we will love you cat like our own, including regular playtime, pats, cuddles and head-bunts ;)
